About Nicole
Hi, I’m Nicole Hanna, co-owner of Crackmasters and lifelong automotive enthusiast. I grew up around vehicles, spending time in my dad’s shop and learning early what hard work and craftsmanship really mean. That passion followed me into adulthood and grew into a career that spans several successful automotive businesses. I love the industry, the people, and the satisfaction of helping drivers take pride in their vehicles again.
About Mike
Mike is the muscle behind the scenes — if something needs to be lifted, moved, or tackled, he’s already on it. As co-owner (and Nicole’s other half), he brings a perfect balance of determination and dependability to the team. When he’s not at the shop lending a hand, he’s helping others reach their financial goals as a planner with IG Wealth Management.

Cynthia, our General Manager, is the heart of day-to-day operations and a familiar face to many long-time customers. A true car lover at heart, she’s passionate about vehicles, community events, and the excitement of derby days — you’ll often find her cheering at local races and waving the flag. Her dedication and experience help ensure every customer leaves happy, every time.
